# Thank-you cards: The Very Good Letter Company

## What to write.

A thank-you to start from. The blanks fill in from each customer’s row on your list, so every card names what they bought.

### Make it theirs.

- **Name the thing.** Thank them for something they did: the order, the referral, the year. A column on your list carries it into every card.
- **Don’t sell.** A thank-you with an offer in it reads as an advert. Save the offer for another day.
- **Keep it short.** Two or three sentences is plenty. Short reads as meant.

Yes. Anything on your list goes into their card, in the same ink as the rest: their name, their company, the last thing they bought.
