# For financial advisers: The Very Good Letter Company

> Trust, in writing. For financial advisers, planners and wealth managers. A letter in real ink after an introduction, and an invitation before the review, reminds a client there’s a person looking after them.

- **The whole site, in brief:** https://www.verygoodletter.co/llms.txt

## What to send.

- [Thank-you cards](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/thank-you): A thank-you for every introduction a client makes.
- [Invitations](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/invitations): Invitations to client evenings and annual reviews.
- [Welcome cards](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/welcome): A welcome for new clients, from the adviser who’ll look after them.
- [Christmas cards](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/christmas-cards): Christmas cards to every client household.

## What to write.

A thank-you for an introduction, to start from. The blanks fill in from each client’s row on your list.

> Dear [first name],
>
> Thank you for introducing [who they introduced] to us. It means a great deal that you would trust us with people you care about.
>
> We will look after them as carefully as we look after you.
>
> With warm wishes,
>
> [your name]

### Make it theirs.

- **Thank every introduction.** An introduction is the biggest compliment a client can pay. Thank each one in ink.
- **Keep it personal.** A thank-you or an invitation, not a market update. Save the numbers for the review.
- **Send it from the adviser.** Sign it from the person they know, so the letter sounds like the meeting.

## Write with AI.

Or let your assistant write every one. Connect Very Good Letter to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, ask in plain words, and it writes each person a letter of their own.

- **It does the reading.** Ask it to check your CRM, your orders and the news first, and it writes every letter from what it finds.
- **Every letter its own.** Not a template with a name dropped in: each one written from greeting to sign-off for the person who opens it, and sized to fit.
- **Nothing goes without you.** It can show you every letter, who it’s to and the price before anything is ordered. It orders only when you say yes.

For example: “Using Very Good Letter, write an invitation to our client evening for each client household. Check our CRM for when we last met and add a line about something they mentioned. Show me every invitation and the price before ordering.” [Send with AI](https://www.verygoodletter.co/build-with-ai)

1. Checking your CRM: Last met Robert and Anne Hale in April, for their review.
2. Reading your notes: Robert has just retired, and is taking up sailing.
3. Writing the Hales’ invitation: Invites them to the evening, and asks how the sailing is going.

The Hales’ invitation, ready for you to check.

> Dear Robert and Anne,
>
> We would love you to join us for our client evening in November. It is a relaxed night, with good food and no talk of pensions unless you want some.
>
> Robert, I hope the sailing is going well. I want to hear everything.
>
> With warm wishes,
>
> Fiona

## Fair questions.

### Can it look like us?

Yes. Give us your website and we bring in your logo, colours and typeface, or use your own letterhead. Flat cards, folded cards or folded letters, on four papers, all the same price.

### Where do the date and RSVP go?

In print, inside the cover, with your design. The ink is for the invitation itself.

### Can I check them before they go?

Yes. Read every letter on screen before you pay, exactly as the pen will write it.

### Who writes the letters?

Written by robots. Unquestionably human. Real fountain pens, real ink, real paper. Just a steadier hand than ours. Nib, our handwriting model, guides each pen, in twelve styles from loose to neat.

### What does it cost?

You pay in credits. A standard letter is 7 credits, envelope, stamp and postage included: from £3.25 a letter before VAT. [See the prices](https://www.verygoodletter.co/pricing).
