# For coworking spaces: The Very Good Letter Company

> Make them feel at home. For coworking spaces, studios and serviced offices. A welcome in real ink for every new member, and a letter to the ones who left, turns a building full of desks into somewhere people belong.

- **This page:** https://www.verygoodletter.co/for/coworking-spaces
- **The whole site, in brief:** https://www.verygoodletter.co/llms.txt

## What to send.

- [Welcome cards](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/welcome): A welcome for every new member, with where their desk is and who to ask.
- [Win-back letters](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/re-engagement): A letter to members who left, when something’s changed.
- [Outbound letters](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/outbound): A first letter to growing companies nearby who need more room.
- [Thank-you cards](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/thank-you): A thank-you when a member renews, or introduces a friend.

## What to write.

A welcome to start from. The blanks fill in from each new member’s row on your list, so every card says where they’ll sit.

> Dear [first name],
>
> Welcome to the building. We are so glad [company] has chosen to work here.
>
> Your desk is [where their desk is]. If anything is not quite right, come and find me and we will sort it.
>
> See you on [their first day],
>
> [your name]

### Make it theirs.

- **Leave it on the desk.** We can box the cards up and send them to you, so each one is waiting on its desk on the first morning.
- **Introduce the people.** A line on who to ask for, or another member they should meet.
- **Write to the leavers.** When a member leaves, a letter later on, about what’s new, keeps the door open.

## Write with AI.

Or let your assistant write every one. Connect Very Good Letter to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, ask in plain words, and it writes each person a letter of their own.

- **It does the reading.** Ask it to check your CRM, your orders and the news first, and it writes every letter from what it finds.
- **Every letter its own.** Not a template with a name dropped in: each one written from greeting to sign-off for the person who opens it, and sized to fit.
- **Nothing goes without you.** It can show you every letter, who it’s to and the price before anything is ordered. It orders only when you say yes.

For example: “Using Very Good Letter, write to every member who left us in the past year. Check our CRM for why they left and tell them what has changed since. Show me every letter and the price before ordering.” [Send with AI](https://www.verygoodletter.co/build-with-ai)

1. Checking your CRM: Fieldnote Studio left in May. Ben Archer said they needed a room for client meetings.
2. Checking what’s changed: Two meeting rooms opened on the second floor in September.
3. Writing Ben’s letter: Tells him the meeting rooms are open, and offers a free week back.

Ben’s letter, ready for you to check.

> Dear Ben,
>
> When Fieldnote left in May, it was because you needed somewhere to meet clients. We listened: two new meeting rooms opened on the second floor in September.
>
> Come and try them. Your first week back is on us.
>
> All the best,
>
> Kirsty

## Fair questions.

### Can we hand them out ourselves?

Yes. We can box them up and send them to you to hand out, or post each one for you.

### Can the card carry our details too?

Yes. Your logo, colours and details print on the card: the first week’s notes inside the cover, say. The ink is for the letter itself.

### Who writes the letters?

Written by robots. Unquestionably human. Real fountain pens, real ink, real paper. Just a steadier hand than ours. Nib, our handwriting model, guides each pen, in twelve styles from loose to neat.

### What does it cost?

You pay in credits. A standard letter is 7 credits, envelope, stamp and postage included: from £3.25 a letter before VAT. [See the prices](https://www.verygoodletter.co/pricing).
