# For architects and designers: The Very Good Letter Company

> From sketch to front door. For architects and interior designers. A card in real ink at handover, and every Christmas after, keeps you in the story of the house, and in line for the next one.

- **The whole site, in brief:** https://www.verygoodletter.co/llms.txt

## What to send.

- [Thank-you cards](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/thank-you): A card at handover, thanking them for trusting you with the project.
- [Christmas cards](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/christmas-cards): Christmas cards to every client, remembering their project.
- [Invitations](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/invitations): Invitations to an open studio, or a look round a finished house.
- [Win-back letters](https://www.verygoodletter.co/use-cases/re-engagement): A letter to past clients, a few years on, when the next project might be stirring.

## What to write.

A handover card to start from. The blanks fill in from each client’s row on your list, so every card names their project.

> Dear [first name],
>
> Thank you for trusting us with [their project]. Seeing it finished, and lived in, is the best part of what we do.
>
> I hope it is everything you imagined. Do send a photo when it feels like home.
>
> With warm wishes,
>
> [your name]

### Make it theirs.

- **Name the project.** The house, the kitchen, the barn: say which, and one thing you loved about it.
- **Ask for a photo.** An easy, warm reason to write back, and the start of your next case study.
- **Keep the list for years.** Past clients come back, and send friends. A card each Christmas keeps the thread.

## Write with AI.

Or let your assistant write every one. Connect Very Good Letter to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, ask in plain words, and it writes each person a letter of their own.

- **It does the reading.** Ask it to check your CRM, your orders and the news first, and it writes every letter from what it finds.
- **Every letter its own.** Not a template with a name dropped in: each one written from greeting to sign-off for the person who opens it, and sized to fit.
- **Nothing goes without you.** It can show you every letter, who it’s to and the price before anything is ordered. It orders only when you say yes.

For example: “Using Very Good Letter, write a card to each client whose project we handed over this year. Check our project notes and mention one detail they loved. Show me every card and the price before ordering.” [Send with AI](https://www.verygoodletter.co/build-with-ai)

1. Checking your projects: The Glebe Barn, for Nina and Joe Castell: handed over in July.
2. Reading your notes: Nina’s favourite part: the long window over the kitchen table.
3. Writing the Castells’ card: Thanks them for the barn, and hopes the long window catches the evening light.

The Castells’ card, ready for you to check.

> Dear Nina and Joe,
>
> Thank you for trusting us with the Glebe Barn. I hope the long window over the kitchen table is catching the evening light just as we hoped it would.
>
> Do send a photo when it feels like home.
>
> With warm wishes,
>

## Fair questions.

### Can the card carry our details too?

Yes. Your logo, colours and details print on the card: the first week’s notes inside the cover, say. The ink is for the letter itself.

### Card or letter?

Either. Flat cards, folded cards or folded letters, on four papers, all the same price.

### Who writes the letters?

Written by robots. Unquestionably human. Real fountain pens, real ink, real paper. Just a steadier hand than ours. Nib, our handwriting model, guides each pen, in twelve styles from loose to neat.

### What does it cost?

You pay in credits. A standard letter is 7 credits, envelope, stamp and postage included: from £3.25 a letter before VAT. [See the prices](https://www.verygoodletter.co/pricing).
